About the role:
Looking to hire a person who will be working in close coordination with category and inventory leads to achieving key deliverables like availability, excess reduction, assortment rationalization, reporting and tracking. The person should be a go-getter and should ensure quality deliverables with minimum assistance.

What you will do everyday:
Grofers - Brands Relationships:
  • Strengthen the Grofers-Brands relationship with regular touchpoints and connect
  • Be an effective communicator with partner brands and drive availability and Fill Rate for top manufacturers
  • Proactively bridge the gaps in the demand and supply side thereby minimizing the potential sales loss
  • Devise short term and long term business plans in consultation with category leads
Process Excellence:
  • Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with operations and category team for setting up various processes
  • Creating business impact by ensuring the processes are being followed at designated nodes
Strategic Discussions:
  • Be a part of all key discussions with category, inventory, product, warehouse and data team (Bucketing, DOI, STOs, Space, Assortment etc)
  • Constantly strive towards making the current processes more efficient
Demand Planning:
  • Plan the demand for various categories and ensure purchase orders are in line with the plan
  • Initiate regular discussions with the inventory team to ensure orders are being placed in the right quantity and time
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Skills you need to do the job:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in working with MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills & logical ability
  • Result oriented with a high degree of ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Go-getter attitude to ensure expected results are achieved
